Order Processing

Please allow up to five working days to process your order. Expect an email within this period to let you know your order is on the way! Don’t forget to check your junk email folder.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all UK destinations and European countries and all over the world if required. All orders will be shipped out via courier service to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tracking my package

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active. 

It's always a good idea to check your tracking number to verify details to avoid any delivery issues.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Mantis is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mantis.uk, including:

• Your order number.
• Photographs showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.

Each case is handled individually, and we will work with both you and the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify Mantis within the 14-day period. Once cancellation has been requested, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Mantis will refund the full value of the order together with the original standard shipping charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by law.

Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged are not eligible for cancellation under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
